VoiceCore Enterprise is provided for professional IP-PBX, VoIP, and AI-assisted communication purposes. You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically. Any misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized access, spam, harassment, or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify your administrator or Digitallog SRL of any unauthorized use or security breach.
VoiceCore Enterprise operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each tenant's data is strictly isolated. Unauthorized attempts to access, intercept, or manipulate data belonging to other tenants will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to handle calls, transcribe conversations, and assist with routing. AI-generated content is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, VoiceCore and Digitallog SRL are not liable for errors, omissions, or misunderstandings in AI conversations or handoffs. Organizations using AI features are responsible for reviewing and validating critical interactions.
Fees for VoiceCore Enterprise are based on the agreed-upon tenant quotas, user licenses, and usage patterns outlined in your service agreement. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitallog SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
