Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your VoiceCore account and the personal data associated with it — whether or not you currently have the VoiceCore app installed.

1. Who this applies to

VoiceCore Enterprise accounts (extensions) are provisioned by your organization's administrator as part of a business phone system — the app itself doesn't offer self-service sign-up. Two kinds of requests are handled differently:

• You're an individual user (an employee/extension user of an organization using VoiceCore): we'll delete your personal account data and notify your organization's administrator, who controls the extension itself.
• You're an organization administrator: we can delete your entire tenant — every extension, call record, recording, and configuration under it.

2. How to request deletion

Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@digitallog.it from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", and include:

• Your extension number and organization (tenant) name
• Whether you're requesting deletion of your own user data, or of the entire organization's account

We'll confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we're required or permitted by law to retain certain records for longer (see Section 4).

3. What gets deleted

Depending on the scope of your request:

• Your name, email, and login credentials
• Call history and metadata associated with your extension
• Call recordings and voicemail (yours, or your organization's, per the request scope)
• SMS/message history
• Device push-notification tokens
• Presence status and contact/directory entries you created

4. What we may retain

We may retain limited data where required by law (e.g. billing/invoicing records for tax purposes) or to complete a deletion already in progress for a related tenant-wide request. Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
